		<description>Just this Saturday I was enjoying an article about black-bellied whistling ducks in the December 2008 magazine &quot;Texas Parks and Wildlife&quot;. It talked about them sometimes perching on utility wires. I thought what fun it would be to see them.

And then on Sunday came the email! I didn&#039;t see the duck on a wire, but seeing it on the end of the pavilion was a great thrill.
